What the process tests shows up clearly in the topic mix: you will be evaluated on Product Management, Data Engineering, and UX/UI Design at the topic level for the roles covered, and at the programming and analytics level you should expect heavy Python and strong Data Engineering-adjacent skills like SQL and Pandas. You are also tested on Product Design and Data-Driven Decision Making, plus Incident Response and Cohort Analysis, and you will need problem solving and cross-functional collaboration signals because those topics appear in the mix as well.
The candidate reports also show what it feels like on the ground: several loops include system design or architecture-style thinking around improving existing systems, and coding rounds described as fixing bad code and extending an existing web app. There are also role-dependent behavioral elements, including “tell me about a time” style prompts and cultural fit or ownership themed evaluation, but the exact mix varies by role.
