My interview journey was three rounds and mostly felt organized around fit and governance.
The first part was an HR discussion focused on my background and what I expected from the role. After that, I had a face-to-face session that included HR, the lead, and members of the technical team, so I could cover both my experience and how I’d work day to day.
The final round was with the governance team. That last conversation felt like a “fit and expertise check” rather than a technical deep dive, and by the time I finished, it was clear they were looking at how I’d align with their standards. The overall experience ended without an offer, but the structure across the three rounds felt
