I went through a three-part, somewhat structured process for a Software Engineer role, with an average overall difficulty and no offer in the period around late September 2021.

Video essay / personality & passion assessment — a video essay focused on personality and enthusiasm for computing, plus prompts about my experiences.
Logical assessment — a separate logic-focused evaluation as part of the same application flow.
Phone interview — a follow-up call to discuss fit. Outcome: No offer; the format felt more like a structured screening of traits and reasoning than a deep technical vetting.
