I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at SAIC in a chill, well-run process that involved a couple to a few rounds and felt neither overly stressful nor surprising.

Multi-round conversations (technical + HR) — I answered relatively easy job-related technical questions, followed by more behavioral questions; at the end I was able to ask questions about the company/team.
Follow-up discussion — Additional straightforward check-ins reinforced my fit rather than introducing difficult new material. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that showing genuine interest and being comfortable with the basics helped me keep momentum.
