I interviewed for a SAIC Software Engineer role and it was extremely easy and quick, ending with an emailed job offer right after the phone conversation.

Easy phone interview — The main focus was understanding differences between programming languages and checking whether I paid attention in earlier classes.
Offer step immediately after — After the call, I received an emailed job offer, and I declined it because I had competing offers. Outcome: I did receive an offer but didn’t accept it, and the takeaway was that even minimal language awareness aligned well with their screening needs.
