I ran into a frustrating process for a Software Engineer role where communication and pacing issues hurt the experience, with very different difficulty labels but both ending without an offer.

Phone interview under pressure (rescheduling + rushing) — scheduling was messy with repeated reschedules, and during the call I felt rushed to answer quickly; I was later rejected for not elaborating enough.
Recruiter-driven scheduling with misaligned expectations — I was asked about my resume and salary expectations multiple times, and despite telling my minimum, the eventual offer landed far below it. Outcome: No offer; the overall takeaway was that clarity and pacing around expectations and responses mattered as much as the interview content.
