Huntsville, ALPosted Feb 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a quick recruiter-led schedule and no real technical questions—more about fit, my background, and an on-site tour.

Recruiter scheduling — a recruiter contacted me shortly after applying to discuss location/job preferences and set up a phone interview.
Phone interview (resume walkthrough) — I reviewed my experience and was told what the job would involve; no technical questions came up.
In-person visit + site tour — I was flown out to tour the job site, meet supervisors, and have a casual conversation about my background. Outcome: I got an offer soon after the on-site, and the takeaway was that aligning on role expectations early mattered more than coding-style evaluation.
