I went through a short multi-week process with phone and video interviews, with average difficulty and no offer, where the technical focus leaned on OOP and common frameworks rather than hard coding.

Phone technical screen — I was asked standard technical questions around OOP concepts and the frameworks the teams use.
Zoom interview(s) — I continued with more resume-relevant discussion and OOP vocabulary, plus expectations to explain and justify my answers.
Onsite / whiteboard component (in at least one path) — I described solutions with brief white-board coding rather than deep algorithmic work. Outcome: No offer; even when there was technical evaluation, it felt more about fundamentals and reasoning than complex coding.
