Pointwest Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

Once I passed it, the flow moved into an HR initial interview. That HR stage came before the final push, and I remember it as a transition from test-taking to a more traditional conversation.

The last step was a technical interview, completing the loop from screening into deeper evaluation. Difficulty felt average across the overall arc, and while I didn’t receive an offer, the sequencing made sense to me—first prove reasoning, then talk through my background, then be tested again technically.
