Pointwest Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

After I submitted it, the HR team told me I hadn’t passed. That was the moment that felt abrupt—the decision came quickly.

What surprised me was that only a few hours later I received an email with another aptitude exam. The difficulty still felt light overall, but the back-and-forth timing made the process feel a little chaotic on the communication side. I didn’t end up with an offer, and honestly the fast turnaround on the “not passed” message followed by another test left me with mixed feelings about how the pipeline was being handled.
