My process started with a recruiter phone call where the questions were pulled mostly from my resume.

The goal felt less like a trick and more like making sure I could clearly explain what I’d actually built, not just that it looked good on paper. They also checked how I communicated in English, so the call had a pretty direct, conversational rhythm.

Overall it felt pretty average in difficulty—nothing that caught me off guard—but it still required me to be ready to talk through my work in a structured way. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the call itself left me feeling like I’d been evaluated for clarity and fit rather than for some hidden puzzle.
