Pointwest Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

It was a chill, friendly phone conversation that felt like a professional chat rather than a test. The early vibe was genuinely stress-free, and the recruiter focus was on getting a sense of me without putting me under a harsh spotlight.

Because it was only the initial stage, I spent most of the time talking normally and responding to questions without feeling like everything hinged on one answer. It still ended with a no-offer result, but the experience itself felt smooth and not overly competitive, which was the biggest surprise compared to how tense some first rounds can be.
