My interview journey moved through several distinct stages: an HR interaction first, then a skills test, and then a panel interview.

Even with the different formats back-to-back, the overall experience stayed seamless because everyone I spoke with felt genuinely friendly.

The one part that actually felt a bit challenging was the skills test. It wasn’t just routine screening—it pushed me more than the earlier HR conversation, and I had to focus harder to get through it. After the panel, the process didn’t end with an offer for me, but the experience felt well-run and less intimidating than the skill test alone made it seem.
