Pointwest Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

They walked me through the hiring process and explained the role clearly, including what they expected and what the requirements really meant day to day. I remember it as more of a guided conversation than a rapid-fire grilling.

They also made time for my questions about culture, the work environment, and how the work setup would look. The interviewer stayed pretty clear about expectations, which helped me understand the target from the start. Difficulty felt average overall, and while the process didn’t turn into an offer, I left feeling like the company communicated its needs consistently
