My first stage was psychometric testing split across the day.

I took the first part in the morning, and if I passed, I continued to a second psychometric exam in the afternoon. Passing that second part led to an HR interview.

After the HR conversation, I was scheduled for a technical panel interview. Difficulty felt easy overall, mostly because the structure was clear and step-by-step. I didn’t receive an offer, but the flow felt organized and predictable compared to more chaotic multi-round processes.
