I applied through the university job fair and was scheduled to take the exam at their branch at UP Technohub.

The exam lasted two hours and covered personality, logic, and verbal skills. After I passed, they asked us to write an essay based on one of the topics they gave.

Then came the HR interview, followed by a technical interview conducted by a panel of software engineers. The technical panel felt relaxing to me because the interviewers were very approachable. The overall flow didn’t feel like a stressful gauntlet—it was more like successive gates where people were ready to talk and didn’t make it feel hostile.
