Pointwest Technologies Robotics Engineer interview experience

First came an initial HR interview where we went over my resume and the work experiences I’d listed. If I passed that stage, I was then scheduled for a final interview with the head of the department.

That final conversation focused on whether I’d be a fit for the position, and afterwards, if I passed, there would be a discussion of a job offer. Difficulty felt average across the journey, and ultimately I didn’t receive an offer. The closest thing to a takeaway I felt during the process was how much the process emphasized alignment and fit, not just whether I could describe my past work.
