The whole process felt quick, and HR came across as well-mannered.

The message I got was simple: being honest mattered, and I was expected to show who I really was rather than trying to perform some “perfect” version of myself. The technical portion was described to me as mid-level, and it turned out the technical interview required some knowledge of SQL queries.

Overall it wasn’t the kind of experience where correctness was the only scoreboard. It was more about whether I could actually work through the material they brought up, especially with SQL, and my feeling at the time was that preparation for the SQL piece would be the real differentiator.
