Netflix Project Manager interview experience

After that, I went through three rounds of interviews that mixed technical questions with a hiring manager and interviews with two team members. There was also a personality assessment that was described and experienced as fairly standard.

Overall, it felt like a balanced mix of evaluating both how I think and how I work, without turning into something overly complicated. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure was clear enough that it didn’t feel chaotic—just competitive.
