The process felt fine but also dragged on without leading to the result I wanted.

I ended up interviewing with multiple people, and even though everyone I met was friendly, it took a while to get through the full path. What surprised me most was how broad it was: I had three rounds where I spoke with people from multiple departments, not just folks tied directly to the group I was applying for.

By the end, I didn’t get the job, and the time investment didn’t feel justified by the outcome. It was friendly and approachable, but the length of the process left me frustrated in a quiet, steady way.
