Netflix Project Manager interview experience

I was asked to talk through my previous experience, and then I was prompted with a scenario about a time I worked with a difficult coworker—how I handled it and what the outcome was.

It didn’t feel like there was a trick or a heavy technical twist. Overall it was an easier, more straightforward screen, and while the questions didn’t overwhelm me, I still didn’t end up getting an offer.
