Netflix Project Manager interview experience

I started with an HR representative, then moved on to a panel interview after the second round. The conversations themselves were consistent with an inclusive culture, and I got the impression the company wanted people to actively contribute to that environment.

The part that weighed on me was the uncertainty afterward—I was still waiting to hear back. Even though I felt like the process was strong and the communication around the interviews seemed solid, there wasn’t a clear resolution at the time of my report, so I didn’t get to a clear offer outcome.
