Netflix Project Manager interview experience

Negative

MexicoPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a first interview where things sounded fine, but the experience left me uneasy afterward.

One issue I noticed during the conversation was that there weren’t clear career plans inside the company, which surprised me for the role and took some of the shine off the opportunity.

It also stood out that one of the interviews was scheduled at night, outside normal work hours. On top of that, follow-up emails I sent afterward didn’t get responses. The interview itself felt “okay” in the moment, but the scheduling and the lack of follow-through after created a pretty negative overall impression, and I didn’t move forward.
