Los Angeles, CAPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I walked into the process expecting a lot of interviews, but I didn’t realize how long it would stretch.

The people I spoke with were genuinely positive and friendly, and until the final rounds it still felt like a constructive experience.

Still, it was extremely lengthy: there were nine different interviews total spread over months. Even with the upbeat vibe, it required a huge time commitment for what felt like a long game, and that made the whole journey feel disproportionate by the time I got to the end. Ultimately, I didn’t receive an offer, and the main reflection I had afterward was how much effort it took just to reach the final decision point.
