I had a pretty short, straightforward screen that felt like it was mostly administrative and role-fit oriented.

A recruiter reached out and I joined a teleconference with HR for a conversation that lasted about twenty minutes, where we talked through my general experience, what the position would be, and the kind of profile they were looking for.

The interview itself wasn’t intense or difficult—it was just basic alignment. I didn’t get an offer, and ultimately the position was canceled, so my process just ended there.
