Netflix Project Manager interview experience

Across the process, I kept encountering questions and conversations that seemed designed to test culture fit more than to verify whether I had the ability they needed.

That didn’t mean the experience was unprofessional, but it did mean I walked away feeling like the culture lens was the priority. I didn’t get an offer, and what I found most frustrating was leaving with the sense that the decision would be driven more by cultural alignment than by evidence of my skill set.
