Netflix Project Manager interview experience

It ended up being twelve interviews, and one of them even happened while I was on vacation. After finishing the twelfth interview, I didn’t hear anything back.

I waited, then reached out three weeks later, only to get a response that they’d found a better match. What bothered me most was that I wasn’t aware at any point how many interviews or steps there would be, so the entire journey felt directionless and ultimately disrespectful in the way it ended. I didn’t get the job, and I left with the clear feeling that there wasn’t a real, respectful process around closing the loop.
