Los Angeles, CAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt rigorous but still human.

I started with a recruiter call, then moved to a hiring manager conversation. From there I did a work product piece, and then I participated in an in-person panel.

The whole thing took about a month, and the communication was strong throughout—nothing felt like it was hanging in the dark. Even after the interviews, I found myself more interested in the company, which surprised me in a good way given how intense the process was. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I genuinely appreciated that the structure made me feel like I understood the place better, not less.
