My experience for the Software Engineer process took a frustrating turn due to recruiter communication issues and ended with my application being withdrawn.

Recruiter scheduling + repeated unanswered calls — I had arranged an interview date by email, but before it happened I received an email saying my application was withdrawn; I later realized the recruiter had been calling repeatedly from different numbers without leaving a voicemail.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that if calls might not be answered, it’s worth keeping everything in writing and confirming status changes fast.
