I had an early HR-heavy, low-tech screening journey with multiple “pass/fail” gates and only basic questions to start.

Recruiter screen / HR stage — I did a short call covering my background, projects, and fit for the culture, including salary expectations.
Online assessment — I took an online assessment combining programming and logic puzzles.
Next steps based on results — If I passed, the process moved toward a behavioural interview, with an assessment centre as the later possibility.

Outcome: I didn’t progress to the later rounds, and I felt the process was mostly about general suitability rather than deep technical evaluation.
