I went through a fairly stressful HackerRank-focused stage where the timing felt tight and the online experience differed from practice.

HackerRank assessment — I was given a short window to prep (only a few days) for a timed HackerRank test, and the actual interview format didn’t match what I had practiced.
Follow-up call — I received a call after the assessment with no prior notice, and it included eligibility questions about whether I could work/relocate between two offices.

Outcome: No offer, and the biggest takeaway was that turnaround time and environment details mattered more than my prep expectations.
