Toronto, ONPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a notably slow, administrative timeline with multiple video/phone checks before the real assessment work, plus an early emphasis on operational understanding.

Intro calls to verify fit — I started with telephone and video interviews to confirm initial fit, then waited before formal screening.
Lengthy gap before evaluation — There was about a two-month delay before advancing, suggesting high-volume processing.
Information session + behavioural/technical focus — I attended an information session about FDM workflows, which framed later behavioural and hard-skill interviews.
Programme motivation and background deep-dive — I was pushed to explain my genuine motivations for the programme.
