I went through assessment-centre-style steps with a strong mix of timed tests, structured behavioural responses, and multiple interviews afterward.

Timed online test — I completed an exam with multiple-choice CS questions, output-prediction from reading code, and a scenario-based coding task.
Behavioural (HR) — I then used structured STAR answers for experience-based questions.
Group presentation — I had a presentation about the FDM context.
Additional interviews — I went on to two further 30-minute interviews, one technical and one behavioural.
Administrative/waiting issues — On a separate attempt, I noticed long waiting times and a company introduction that felt like a poor use of time.
