I went through a trickier, more technical-looking screening sequence for the Software Engineer role, and while it wasn’t always clear what each test measured, it felt harder than the typical behavioral-only flow.

Prescreening tests — reaction-style questions where it was hard to tell what they were testing.
Initial interview after results — a recruiter reached out and the conversation included a lot of technical questioning to assess my existing tech stack.
Structured but disorganized technical/logic rounds — I encountered rounds that focused on basic programming logic (like control flow and reasoning) and could feel chaotic, with more promises than follow-through.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that preparation needed to cover practical logic/CS
