Montreal, QCPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My journey was more stage-gated and “structured,” with multiple screenings and an assessment-center style day; overall it felt moderate-to-average in difficulty but required steady availability.

Phone screening — I discussed why I was applying and whether I was willing to relocate.
Aptitude / logic test — I took a timed multiple-choice test with logic, pseudocode/flowchart-style questions, and sometimes regex/brain-teaser-like items.
Recorded interview / online interview — I answered several prompts on camera with short time limits, focusing on behavioral themes.
Assessment centre day — I attended a session that combined behavioral and technical interviews, including practical data/strings/array-list manipulation questions.
**Manager/technical wrap-up
