I did a compact sequence that combined basic screening, a multi-candidate virtual format, and then a final job offer step; it felt easier than the assessment-heavy paths.

Phone screening — I provided basic information and role-alignment context.
Virtual interview (group / multi-room) — I joined a session with other candidates and rotated through basic software/role questions.
Job offer / next step — I reached the offer stage in this flow.
(In parallel variants) technical basics — Some versions included a brief technical check focusing on foundational Java/OOP and database concepts. Outcome: I got an offer (in this group’s record), and my takeaway was that staying grounded in fundamentals carried the process.
