Toronto, ONPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interviews were relatively light on hardcore coding and more focused on fit, fundamentals, and general domain knowledge, with a final coding step after an initial screen.

Behavioral assessment — an online behavioral questionnaire as the first gate.
Manager/recruiter interviews — several online conversations; little in the way of deep technical questioning.
Arctic Shores assessment + video call — game-based assessment, then a ~30-minute video interview.
Coding assessment (Java + basic SQL) — HackerRank-style questions covering Java basics and SQL.
Final behavioral interview — another interview round focused on interpersonal fit.
Outcome: No offer; despite the process being straightforward, I wasn’t selected.
