I went through a consulting-style screening built around preparation materials, behavioral storytelling, an aptitude/gamified assessment, and a final live technical coding round.

Pre-read + STAR method guidance — I was emailed what to expect and coached to use STAR for strengths.
Online aptitude / gamified assessment — logic/pattern/probability-style tasks plus Arctic Shores mini-games aimed at traits and learning potential.
Recruiter interview (Teams, ~30 minutes) — why the program, why consulting/software engineering, resume walkthrough, and behavioral questions using STAR; also discussed the 2-year commitment.
Behavioral + technical live coding — later steps included a technical assessment with live coding in a LeetCode-like format.
