I went through assessment-heavy steps with a long behavioral/aptitude portion, then ended up in a technical screen centered on classic DSA.

HR screen + CS background check — a short HR round to verify CS background alignment.
Online behavioral assessment with Arctic Shores — a longer questionnaire-style evaluation using the gamified platform.
Technical interview (Teams screenshare) — I was asked technical questions while sharing my screen, mainly data structures and algorithms (LeetCode-style easy/medium).
Extended behavioral + technical interview — later described as a long final interview combining behavioral and technical elements.
Outcome: No offer; the DSA and long assessment journey didn’t lead
