I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with average difficulty, combining a timed SQL-focused test with multiple interview stages.

Scheduling + video setup — the call started with a brief introduction.
SQL test — about an hour of SQL testing after an initial short talk.
Reference check + hiring team round — after phone/video coordination, there were interviews with the hiring team and managers.
Team/clients office interview — an additional round with team members at the client’s location. Outcome: No offer; the SQL test was manageable, but later stages didn’t result in an acceptance.
