Tel Aviv-YafoPosted Oct 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for a role and went straight to an in-person BI-focused setup and a SQL exam, but the follow-up timing felt suspicious.

In-person meeting (no phone screen) — I arrived in Tel Aviv where the manager explained BI technology.
SQL exam — an onsite SQL test that wasn’t described as extremely hard, but it took only minutes.
HR notification — immediately after the exam, HR called to say I wouldn’t move forward. Outcome: No offer and I didn’t proceed; the takeaway was that the rapid decision and the way results were handled didn’t feel transparent.
