I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an average difficulty and a contracting-oriented sequence: HR first, then technical, then HR again to finalize terms.

HR interview — an initial general conversation with HR.
Technical interview with the contractor/customer partner — the technical portion was handled by the related contractor company.
Final HR interview (contractor reference + compensation) — a final discussion with HR about defining salary and main benefits for the contractor setup. Outcome: No offer; the process was structured and role/terms-focused, but I didn’t progress to an employment offer.
