Coupa Software Inc Account Executive interview experience

The process went through every round, and the last thing I remember was being told they were interested and moving toward next steps.

Then, about a month after I’d completed everything, I heard there was a hiring freeze. What left a bad taste was not the freeze itself, but that it felt like they kept me engaged while already knowing they weren’t going to hire. When you’re spending time through a full multi-round process, the lack of clarity at the end made it harder to feel good about having gone through it.
