Montreal, QCPosted Oct 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer-related Salesforce Developer role through a very drawn-out process that felt inefficient and caused delays, ending without an offer.

Multiple rounds (3 interviews total, details limited) — I went through several steps and only reached the final round after a long time.
Final round conversation (salary discussion) — After finishing the last stage, the final decision conversation centered on whether my salary expectations fit their communicated range.
Outcome: No offer; the main takeaway was that the decision felt like it could have happened earlier instead of after all interview rounds.
