I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and went through an early phone/video-style process that felt straightforward, over a couple of weeks.

Recruiter mini screen (phone) — I had a short phone conversation about my background and projects.
Online video interview — I did an hour-long video interview where we discussed my projects and what the job would involve, including frequent travel.
Background/investigation step — I then had an additional check related to my prior jobs and judicial antecedents.
Outcome: No offer; the process felt polite and easy-going, but I didn’t progress beyond the screening flow.
