I went through a structured, multi-round process that tested both engineering depth and interpersonal fit, with medium difficulty overall.

System design round — a design-focused discussion (medium difficulty).
Coding round — live coding to validate technical problem-solving.
Techno-managerial round — questions blending technical judgment with how I operate in team contexts.
HR round — culture fit and interpersonal assessment. Outcome: No offer, but the format was clear and the first two rounds were less intimidating than the later ones.
