I had a simpler, lighter-weight interview journey with mostly straightforward questions and one main round of interaction.

Technical discussion / quick assessment — I answered basic knowledge questions and solved a small problem (no deep digging).
Panel-style interview — a single team panel mixing behavioral, management, and technical questions.
Phone + Teams format — a short phone screen about interest and company knowledge, followed by an experience-based Teams interview with situational logic. Outcome: No offer, but the experience felt fair, friendly, and not overly complex.
