IndiaPosted Jan 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a structured, multi-part interview process over about two weeks, mixing written tests, phone and HR, and a detailed discussion of my background.

Written tests (2 total) — Two separate written tests evaluated technical understanding.
Telephonic round — A call-based round where technical aspects were also assessed.
Face-to-face interview — I then had an in-person round with detailed discussion about the work and my past experience.
HR round — A dedicated HR component to round out the evaluation. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; I left with the sense that the technical portion was taken seriously.
