CanadaPosted Jun 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a more structured flow that included HR follow-up and on-site context, and the experience felt easy to average.

HR contact + role framing — After applying online, HR responded and framed the process; I discussed fit and motivation.
Manager + technical lead interview (about an hour) — I covered behavioral and technical topics in roughly equal parts, and I also got a tour of the workspace and simulators.
Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was a smooth structure and quick confirmation after the interview, but no final selection.
