My early-stage interview for Software Engineer felt very easy, with simple C++ testing and mostly light conversation.

HR-oriented wait and interview — I waited in the lobby before being guided into the HR area and then into the interviewer session.
Light brainstorming + QA to get to know me — I was asked simple brainstorming-style questions and basic QA-style questions.
Simple C++ test — I completed a straightforward C++ test. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; despite being labeled very easy, I still wasn’t selected.
